Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Before sharing check-in information, guests must fill out and sign the rental agreement once the booking is confirmed.
• Check-in is after the designated time; guests enter the provided code to unlock the door.
• This unit is located in Building 3 on the 7th floor.

Property Access

• All buildings at the resort feature elevators and are wheelchair accessible.
• Public parking and a trolley stop are located at the bottom of the hill. The trolley provides access to attractions in Pigeon Forge for a fee of $0.50.

Policies and Rules

• The guest making the reservation must be 23 or older.
• A $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages after your stay.
• Absolutely no house parties.
• Family groups only. Groups misrepresenting themselves will be required to vacate immediately without refund. Deposits may be refunded, rental refused, or occupancy discontinued if, in the owner's opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
• Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
• No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
• No pets allowed (resort policy).
• No smoking inside the condo.
• Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking is detected in the property.
• The resort is pet-free, smoke-free, and strictly prohibits trailers.
• Parking for trailers or car haulers is strictly prohibited; alternative arrangements may be coordinated through property management.
• Tenants assume all risk of damage to personal property (including household furniture and goods) during use and occupancy.
• Tenants agree to hold the landlord harmless and indemnify the landlord against all such risks.
• The premises shall be used only for residential purposes, with no animals, and no other purpose whatsoever.
• Tenants agree to comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or occupancy.
• No use of the premises or acts that will increase insurance rates or cause cancellation of insurance policies covering the premises.

Cancellation and Deposit Refund Policy

• Cancel more than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
• Cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival: forfeit 100% of the rental fee.
• All cancellations must be made by phone at 855-44-SWEET. Cancellations cannot be made online.
• The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this case, all monies paid will be refunded. The company will not be liable for costs incurred by the client.
• The company is not liable for loss, delay, or costs due to fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather, or other events beyond their control.

Fees and Payments

• $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for damages that might occur after your stay.
• Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
• Reservations do not include expenses and items not mentioned, including but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other personal items.

Parking Information

• Each unit offers free parking for one car.
• Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Contact property management for alternative arrangements.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Complimentary amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and local phone service.
• Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay but cannot be changed out.
• A washer and dryer are available in the unit. A single-use box of detergent is provided.
• An iron and ironing board are included.
• The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot are not provided.
• The outdoor pool has a mushroom water feature and is heated in April and May, depending on the outside temperature.
• The indoor pool is heated year-round.
• The resort features gathering and picnic areas, outdoor grills, and a quarter-mile walking trail on a five-acre green space.
• Additional outdoor activities include tetherball, volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, basketball court, and shuffleboard.

Safety and Emergency Information

• Bathrooms include a garden tub, showers, and hair dryer. Some bathrooms have handicap rails by the toilet.
• Clients using the swimming pool or other facilities do so at their own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to client property is the client's responsibility.

Other Details

• The address is located on Plaza Drive, between traffic lights 0 and 1, behind Country Tonight in the entertainment district. The trolley stop is at the main road and offers rides throughout Pigeon Forge for $0.50. Dollywood, softball fields, and The Island are approximately 2 miles away.
